Holy Trinity Church of Ireland was built in 1868 by the third Marquess of Sligo with the assistance of the Ecclesiastical Commissioners. This gem of architecture incorporates a 'hammer' roof and a very fine 'pencil' spire and stone carvings attributed to Charles Harrison.
